Unit 1 Consolidation

Task:

The high points – To be honest all, there were so many high points, I was enlightened numerous times during this course. It truly opened my eyes.

The low points – There were no low points so far, I felt I balanced my times well so far, but lets see what will happen.

What you want to remember in ten years time – The feedback topic I will carry with me forever, the ways in which we will be able to give each other feedback in a more positive sense. For my practice I am now able to understand how to not take things personally and be able to take in feedback constructively and in a way that will improve my practice and improve the work. Another topic would be the listening topic and how we can even listen to silence and in a way.

What you want to forget immediately and forever – omg nothing lol, but I guess with time some things will be forgotten, it’s only natural the human brain can hold capacity for certain things at certain times.

Three key lessons that emerged from this unit and how they’re influencing your practice. (This could be speculative if you haven’t had a chance to habituate them.) – 1. My capability to create a video from scratch and use a completely new program. 2. To be able to be self critical and observant to my self and be able to take feedback in a positive way. 3. To not take things for granted, I was truly enlightened by the topic of leaning, I was super intrigued by the whole idea of leaning not just being physically but emotionally as well.

So far it was a pretty good unit and it was lovely how we all worked as a unit. I love my classmates as well, they are super lovely. I’ve been super fortunate this unit and I hope (inshalla) there will be more to come.
